Shows start at 7:30 PM. Staff needs to be in Millard Hall no later than 6:45 PM.

The team is responsible for selling tickets, keeping tract of cash receipts, handing out play bills, cleaning the foyer floor, outside entrance, glass doors and vacuuming the theater setting area. You are also responsible for concessions during intermission. You may decorate the lobby.

The team will assist with marketing and promotion before the play.

Concessions director

Here you help set up the cookies and soft drink table and take it down. We also need one of the two workers to vacuum the lobby and carpeted area in the theater at 6:30 PM before each show.

You need to order cookies and soft drinks, fill ice chest, you set snacks up on the table, replenish as guests take them and clean up or store left over
cookies after intermission. You need to vaccum lobby, carpeted area of theater at 6:30 PM.

Organize food and host the Cast Party after the final show.

Box Office.

Two workers for box office. Collect pre-purchased tickets, sell tickets, collect money, record ticket sales. Sell concenssions.

All you do is open the page, turn on editing, add your name to the job that you choose, then press save. That is it. Simple.
